Meetings are held on the third Monday of the month at 6:00pm at the Central County Firehouse & Rescue located at 1 Timerbrook Dr. There are no meetings in December or February.

If you wish to join the meeting, please contact a board member so you can be added to the notification list.  



Please note that the October meeting is held in combination with the Annual Meeting and will start at 6:00pm at the Firehouse.

Please note that your HOA monthly dues is used to pay for your water and sewer services, trash pickup including large items upon request, lawn care, snow removal, some street lighting, some concrete repairs, in addition to other outside maintenance.
